These answers will give us a sense of the current "shape" of your business, where you're trying to go, and what you believe is currently in the way.

What type of business model do you run?

E.g. launch/cohort-based, one-off sales, self-serve software subscription, professional services, live events/workshops, or something else entirely.

Do you already have upsells/expansion revenue, or do you plan to add some?

This could include upgrades, upsells, cross sells, etc.

What are your numbers?

Conversion rates, traffic, sales volume, package/level breakdowns, duration of customer relationship (e.g. average length they stick around if recurring product), revenue.

What is your ultimate goal?

More leads? More sales? Bigger launches? Better, more pre-qualified customers? Larger or more stable customers? Better relationships? Building a powerful reputation you can bank on? Obviously we all want all of these things but the key is to start with ranking your most important 1, 2, and 3.

What have you tried so far to further this goal? What worked, and what didn't?
